The Hilo Band has undergone rigorous testing and validation using Hilo-approved straps. Depending on the version of your Hilo Band, this may be either the medical-grade silicone strap or the nylon strap supplied by Hilo.
As a CE-marked Class IIa medical device, the Hilo Band has only been verified and validated for use with straps provided or approved by Hilo. We are unable to endorse the use of third-party straps or alternative strap materials without additional clinical validation, comprehensive testing, and the necessary verification and validation procedures.
To ensure device performance, safety, and comfort, we recommend using only straps supplied or approved by Hilo.
