How can I sync my Hilo data with other health apps?

You can choose to share your Hilo data with a supported health app from the Hilo App.

Once connected, Hilo can send:

  • Systolic blood pressure

  • Diastolic blood pressure

  • Heart rate

Hilo sends one daily value for each of these rather than every individual measurement. The daily value is recorded in the connected health app with a timestamp of 12:00.

The Hilo App only sends data to the connected health app. It does not read or import data from it.

When can I connect a health app?

The Health integrations option becomes available after you have successfully completed all four initial calibrations.

Nothing is shared automatically. You must first choose to connect a supported health app in the Hilo App.

To connect:

  1. Open the Hilo App.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Health integrations.

  4. Allow access to the health app you want to connect.

Once connected, Hilo syncs when you open the app and when new blood pressure data becomes available.

It can sync available data from the previous 30 days, up to the previous day.

No data is shared before you complete the initial calibration process and actively connect a health app.
