Open the Hilo App and go to Insights to see an overview of your recent blood pressure and heart rate measurements.
What you see on the Insights screen
Average Blood Pressure
The Average Blood Pressure card shows your average systolic (SYS) and diastolic (DIA) blood pressure over the last 7 days.
The category shown with your average indicates its blood pressure classification. You can also see how your average compares with the previous 7 days.
Latest reading
Latest reading shows your most recent blood pressure reading. This may be an automatic measurement from your Hilo Band or an on-demand Hilo Cuff measurement.
If your latest reading is hidden, you can choose to show it again.
Time in Target Range
Time in Target Range shows the percentage of time your blood pressure was within the target range.

Average heart rate
The Average HR card shows your average heart rate over the last 7 days, in beats per minute (bpm).
The chart shows how your heart rate changed during this period.
What you see on the Blood Pressure screen
Tap the Average Blood Pressure card on Insights to open the detailed Blood Pressure screen.
The graph shows your blood pressure measurements over time. Hilo groups measurements into 2-hour periods and displays the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure for each period.
Circles represent your average systolic blood pressure.
Diamonds represent your average diastolic blood pressure.
Tap a circle or diamond to see how many measurements are included in that average.
Where applicable, gaps on the graph include information explaining why a measurement is not available for that period.
You can change the time period shown to review your blood pressure over different periods. You can also see your awake and asleep averages.
To view your individual blood pressure readings, select See all readings.
For new users
Your Hilo Band blood pressure measurements and averages will only be displayed after you have completed the four required calibrations.
You can still take on-demand Hilo Cuff measurements during the initial calibration period. This is available from Hilo App version 2.12.2.
