You can take an on-demand blood pressure measurement with your Hilo Cuff at any time, including during the initial calibration period. Taking an on-demand measurement does not affect your calibration progress.
To take an on-demand measurement:
Make sure your cuff is charged, then disconnect the power cable.
Switch the cuff on. The blue light will start blinking.
Open the app and go to Measure.
If your cuff is not already paired, pair it with the app.
Select Take Hilo Cuff measurement and follow the instructions in the app.
Remain still and do not speak while the measurement is being taken.
The cuff will inflate automatically. When the measurement is complete, your result will be displayed in the app.
Viewing your Hilo Cuff measurements
You can view your cuff measurements in the app. Go to Insights and scroll to Cuff readings. Select See all readings to view all your cuff measurements.
Cuff measurements are also included in your blood pressure reports and are identified by a cuff icon.
