Charging your Hilo Band typically takes up to 2 hours.
The red light on the charger shows the charging status:
Slowly pulsing red: Your band is charging.
Solid red: Your band is fully charged.
Double blinking red: Your band is ready to pair with the Hilo App.
You can also check your band’s battery level in the app. The battery indicator appears at the top left of the Insights screen. A red battery indicator means that the battery level is very low.
