No, once you have received your purchase order confirmation, Aktiia cannot change the shipping address anymore. However, once you receive your tracking number, you can update your shipping address by contacting directly the carrier.
If your parcel is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address, Aktiia will initiate the refund procedure as soon as the parcel is received. Once refunded, you can proceed to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
