Does Hilo Have a referral program?

You can get a gift card when your referred friend orders a new Hilo Band. 

How it works:

1. Register to the Campaign:
   UK: Refer Hilo to a Friend
   CA: Refer Hilo to a Friend
   AU: Refer a Friend
   IE: Refer a Friend

• Recommend Hilo Band to your friends.

• Your friend, during the ordering process at www.hilo.com can paste the discount code they received in the section “Been referred by a friend?” to get a discount on their Hilo order. 

• Once your Friend has purchased a Hilo Band, after 30 days from the Order date you will get an e-mail, that will lead you to the Gift card. 

•  The Gift card must be activated within 90 days from the date you received it. 

A list of reasons for you not to receive a reward could be:

• The new customer never makes a first-time purchase.

• The new customer makes a first-time purchase but cancels or returns their purchase within the 15-day period.

• The new customer is actually an existing customer and is therefore not eligible for the referral program reward.
