When purchasing your Hilo device from the Goodbye Aktiia, hello Hilo!  store, please note that you cannot add a membership plan during checkout. Membership must be activated directly through the Hilo App. How Do I Subscribe to Hilo Membership?

Please note that Hilo Membership is linked to your Hilo App account, not to the physical Hilo Band. If you purchase an additional Hilo Band using an existing Hilo account, you will not receive another complimentary month of membership.
