On the “Insights” tab, you will see the total average of the last 7 days.

By clicking anywhere on the blood pressure card or the arrow at the top right of the card, you will be directed to the detailed blood pressure screen, where the average of all blood pressure (BP) measurements taken within a 2-hour time slot will be displayed.

At the top, you can select whether to view daily, weekly, or monthly average values.

To view all individual measurements taken, you can click on “See all readings” or generate a PDF health report: How do I generate a report of all the measurements? How can I share my data with my doctor?
Your blood pressure naturally changes during the day and the night depending on your physical activity, body position changes, and stress levels. However, the fact that your blood pressure rises after running to catch a bus does not mean you are hypertensive in the mornings. By averaging several measurements every two hours into one BP value, Hilo App provides a smoother BP curve that better represents your actual cardiovascular state.
