Why is my calibration "incomplete"?

Every time that you calibrate, Hilo Band calculates your personal calibration parameters.

This message informs you that the calibration was not completed, and that your calibration parameters could not be updated because a significant change on your personal calibration was noticed since your last calibration.

The change that was detected is most likely due to a wrong positioning of the calibration Hilo cuff.
If you just have eaten, done sport in the past hour, you encountered unexpected stressful events during the day, etc, you should also wait at least a few hours before you perform the next calibration.

Please, remove your cuff, take a rest, and try again later, paying attention to place the cuff as described in our user manual, following the instructions to perform a successful calibration:
