How to claim your gift card after referring a friend

Once you successfully refer a friend, you’ll need to wait 30 days for their trial period to finish. After this, you’ll receive an email with instructions to claim your gift card.

Follow the steps below to redeem your reward.

1.  Open the email and click “Claim your gift card now”

This takes you to the secure Mention Me rewards page.

2. Complete the quick verification

You’ll be asked to complete a short verification step (for example, selecting matching images).
This helps confirm your identity and protects your reward from fraud.

3. Choose your gift card

Select one of the available retailers. 

Options may vary depending on your location.

4. Confirm how you want to receive your gift card

Enter your preferred contact details to receive the gift card, for example:

• Email delivery, or

• SMS delivery

Make sure the details match those used when you referred your friend.

5. Check your inbox

Your digital gift card will be sent to you and ready to use.

If it’s not in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.
