The Hilo Band is for single use only and should not be shared with other users. The accuracy of the BP readings cannot be guaranteed if the bracelet is used by several patients at the same time.

Nevertheless, if you want to transfer it to another family member or friend, you need to perform the following steps:

1- Open the Hilo App and synchronize the data of the bracelet by swiping down on the “Insights” tab; this will empty the data of the bracelet.

2- Go the Hilo App: “Measure”, and click on the bracelet and cuff to unpair.

3- Only, when the above steps have been completed, go to the Bluetooth settings of your phone and delete/forget the Hilo devices from the list.
