How do I transfer my bracelet to a different user? Print

The Aktiia bracelet is for single use only and should not be shared with other users. Aktiia cannot guarantee the accuracy of the BP readings if the bracelet is used by several patients at the same time.

Nevertheless, if you want to transfer it to another family member or friend, you need to perform the following steps:

1- Open the Aktiia app and synchronize the data of the bracelet by swiping down on the Home screen; this will empty the data of the bracelet.

2- Go the Aktiia app: Devices - unpair the bracelet and the cuff by clicking on the 3 dots

3- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your phone and delete/forget the Aktiia devices from the list.

4- Create a new user account following the instructions (Sign Up).
