  • Phone Measurements on More iPhones
    You can now measure your blood pressure without a Hilo Band on iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max. Additionally, six more iPhone models are supported when using the Hilo Band.

  • Enhanced Insights Dashboard
    The updated layout makes it easier to view your health data at a glance, including weekly average blood pressure, time in target range, and heart rate trends.

  • Time in Target Range Card
    A new card displays the percentage of your readings that stayed within the target range (below 135/85) for the current week, with color-coded zones (Optimal, Normal, Elevated, High) and a comparison to the previous week.

  • New Heart Rate Card
    Track your average heart rate over the week and compare it with the previous week to spot trends at a glance.

  • Detailed Time in Target Range Breakdown
    Tap the "Time in Target Range" card to view detailed insights, including day-by-day bar charts, breakdowns by blood pressure category, and filters to analyze trends over the past week, month, or six months.

  • Health Report Now Available to Everyone
    The Health Report is now accessible to all users, including non-members, and includes your complete measurement history—easy to share with your doctor or download for personal tracking.

  • Improved Trends Section
    Instantly compare this week’s blood pressure and time in target range with last week to see your progress.
