How do I set my sleeping schedule

In the Hilo App, Hilo Band users have the possibility to find out their day and night averages by indicating when they go to sleep and when they wake up.

To set your sleep schedule, you can click the “Setup” button in your “Insights” tab next to Sleep Schedule. Alternatively, go to Profile and select “Sleep Schedule.”

You can create several sleep schedules, for instance; week versus weekend

On the "Insights" tab, in the Detailed Blood Pressure screen, you can see your day and night BP average.
