In the Aktiia App, you have the possibility to find out your day and night averages by indicating when you go to sleep and when you wake up.

To set your sleep schedule, click on Set Up from the Metrics section of the Home screen:



Alternatively, you can go to the Profile section and click on Sleeping Schedule to make any modifications.

You can unselect/select single days, i.e. you can unselect the Saturday and the Sunday in the first schedule and create another schedule for the weekend.

On the Home screen, you can see your day and night BP average and confirm bedtime and wake-up time.
