In the Hilo App, you will see the past 7-day average of your blood pressure and heart rate on the “Insights” tab.
The two big numbers in bold display the past 7-day average of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure values.
The text in the center of the dial shows how your average blood pressure has changed compared to the previous 7 days. It indicates whether there’s been an increase, decrease, or no change in your average blood pressure. In the example below, the blood pressure over the past 7 days is trending lower compared to the previous 7-day period.

The percentage in target range reflects how often your blood pressure measurements fall within the ideal range (below 135/85 mmHg) during the recorded period.
Clicking on the arrow at the top right or anywhere on the card opens a new page displaying a detailed Blood Pressure screen with 2-hour averages, allowing you to choose a daily, weekly, or monthly time range.
Below the graph, you will see your averages for the day and night. Additionally, you can click on "See all readings" to view all individual readings, not just the averages.
With the free plan, you will only be able to see the past 7 days' worth of measurements. To access the full Detailed Timeline Comparisons feature, please consider joining our Hilo membership.
