How do I request a return for refund of my Hilo?

You may request a return for refund within 14 days from the date of delivery:

  1. Visit our Support page
    Go to the Support section on our website and open the chatbot.   Support : Aktiia  

  2. Submit a return request
    Fill in the required information through the chatbot. This will generate a support ticket, and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

  3. Receive your return label
    Once your request is reviewed, our Support Team will provide you with the return shipping label.

⚠️ Important:
Because Hilo is a medical device, the packaging includes a hygienic seal. If this seal is broken, the product is not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
