You might be trying to "Log in" into the Aktiia app using the Aktiia website account details you created to process the order. Please note that those two accounts are independent and that the Aktiia app will not recognize your website credentials. You will receive the message "Error, your email or password is incorrect; please check and try again." Instead, use the "SIGN UP" button on the Aktiia app to create your Aktiia app account. You are welcome to use the same email you used on the website.
