If you are experiencing synchronization issues after switching from the Aktiia App to the Hilo App, please make sure you download the latest version of the Hilo App 2.2.0 or alternatively, you perform the following actions:
Unpair the bracelet from the "Measure" screen of your App.
Unpair the bracelet from the Bluetooth (BLE) settings of your mobile phone.
Reboot your phone.
Open the Hilo App and pair the bracelet again.
If the problem persists, please contact us through the bot by selecting:
“Bracelet and charger” → “I cannot connect my bracelet”.
Note: You may need to repeat the same steps with the cuff if it's also affected.
