Please ensure your Bluetooth is on. Next, scroll down on the main screen to force the connection. Next, double-tap your bracelet to check if the green light glows. If it is not glowing, you may need to charge the Aktiia bracelet. If the issue still persists, place the Aktiia bracelet on the charging station and click "Connect" on the "Devices" screen. Finally, restart your phone after having disconnected the bracelet from your BLE phone settings.
